No. There is nothing you need to do, and you should not expect any disruption. These changes only affect our billing and invoicing processes, and all changes (if any) will be done by us. You will not have to change any license keys or other information on your servers. All partners have been notified 3 months prior to the increase to provide time for any end-user pricing adjustments.

No, as part of this adjustment exercise, our SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) will remain the same. The existing SKUs will continue to be used, and we will only adjust their price.

As a business owner, you have several avenues available to you concerning how to manage this price adjustment. Some options available include passing the cost directly on to the end-users by increasing prices, leveraging creative marketing ideas to create fair use policies, and offering value-adding upsells to customers to increase revenue.

Plesk keeps our change log up to date and goes in-depth with some of our bigger features in our blog throughout the year. Want to tell us what you want next? Give us your feedback and contribute to proposed feature discussions.

Our Partner Program rewards those hosting Partners who achieve certain revenue thresholds. Once those thresholds are reached, discounts are automatically applied. These revenue thresholds will not be affected by the pricing increase.

At Plesk, as in other software companies, we periodically assess the impact of our pricing to ensure there is a reasonable alignment with the needs of our customers and partners across the globe and our own cost of doing business. Therefore, we may make further price adjustments to be able to deliver our customers with outstanding value and an exceptional product at a reasonable price.
