What will be lost after removing Plesk Premium Email powered by Kolab?
Answer
Note: since Plesk Premium Email by Kolab use Dovecot as mail service it should not be switched to Courier mail service after Kolab removing. Otherwise mail content (mailboxes) will be lost.
If mail service will remain as "Dovecot" all mail content and attachments will be untouched after removing of Plesk Premium Email by Kolab.
All Plesk Premium Email features will be lost:
- Shared folders
- Shared calendars
- Tasks lists
- Notes
Email aliases and email forwarding settings stay in place as information about them is stored in the Plesk database and this data is not managed by Plesk Premium Email.
