Cause
The Plesk server's IP address got blacklisted on the recipient side.
A free online MXToolbox blacklist checker may report that the IP address is listed in Real-time blacklists or DNS blacklists (RBL, DNSBL).
Additionally, the recipient's mail server can have its own blacklisting service as a part of anti-spam solutions installed.
Resolution

Identify and mitigate the reason for blacklisting the server's IP address as per the following troubleshooting guide.

Make sure that best practices for sending outgoing mail are applied on the server.

Send a removal request for the blacklist owner to whitelist the server's IP address.
