Symptoms
Unable to install a NextCloud instance on domain:
Unable to download file: https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-21.0.2.zip
Cause
The file is absent on the public NextCloud server.
This has been reported as bug ID EXTPLESK-2658 which was already fixed in NextCloud version 1.6.1-109.
Resolution
NextCloud extension should be updated automatically by Daily Maintenance task if Auto-update is enabled in Plesk > Extensions > Updates.
To update extension manually:
- Log into Plesk
- Go to Extensions > Updates > Check Now.
- Install the latest NextCloud update.
- Go to Extensions > NextCloud and deploy it to the selected domain.
