Symptoms
Unable to add PTR record with subnet mask other than 8, 16, 24 in Domains > example.com > DNS Settings > Add Record. The following error appears:
Incorrect DNS Record parameter values were specified
Cause
This error is caused by limitation of Plesk, which is considered as feature request with ID #PPPM-5231, which is planned to be implemented in future product updates.
Resolution
Set up 8, 16, 24 subnet mask which meets requirements:
- Log in to Plesk
