Plesk Pre-Migration check is stuck: Waiting for the other tasks in the queue

Symptoms

• Plesk Pre-Migration check is stuck, the following message is displayed:

  Pre-migration checks
  Waiting for the other tasks in the queue...

• The config.ini file and other migration files were removed or moved from its location.
  Linux:

  # ls -lha /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/<session>/config.ini
  ls: cannot access /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/<session>/config.ini: No such file or directory

  Windows:

  C:>dir "%plesk_dir%varmodulespanel-migratorsessions<session>config.ini
  ...
  File Not Found

Cause

Plesk Migrator files containing the migration configuration and status were removed or moved from its location, therefore, Plesk Migrator cannot proceed without these files.

Resolution

Finish the migration and start a new one:
