- My license is terminated, is it possible to reactivate it?
- I want to reinstate my Plesk subscription
- When I try to activate my Plesk license key I see an error:
This license key is detected as terminated. No further actions with this license key are allowed (Error code: 2)
Answer
Platform 360:
- Login to Platform 360 and go to "All licenses" tab.
- Search for required key and click "Reactivate"
- Review the price, and either confirm or update your payment method.
- Once the invoice is received, the license will be automatically restored (this process may take up to 2 hours).
Via Cleverbridge email:
You can also reactivate the license using the provided link. Simply open the cancellation confirmation email from Cleverbridge and click the link.
