is it possible to setup a replication for MySQL/MariaDB server in Plesk?

This functionality is not yet implemented in Plesk.
Take part in our product improvement and vote for this feature on Plesk UserVoice portal. The top-ranked suggestions are likely to be included in the next versions of Plesk.
Note: MySQL replications can be installed according to MySQL documentation, however, note that such scenario was not tested and is not officially supported by Plesk. For MariaDB refer to the following documentation.
