Answer
A particular domain is migrated only as part of the subscription it belongs to.

During migration under Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer management > 203.0.113.2 > List of subscriptions > Content that must be transferred select the required options:
Note: Mail and web configuration are transferred by default.
