How to manage ImunifyAV notifications?

How to enable or disable ImunifyAV notifications, which are sent after scheduled scanning is performed?

Answer

Notifications can be enabled in ImunifyAV extension and in Plesk.
This behaviour is caused by an integration issue between ImunifyAV and Plesk with ID #EXTCERT-2640.

Enabling notifications

  1. Log into Plesk

  2. Navigate to Tools & Settings > Notifications

  3. Enable notifications related to ImunifyAV:
    Enable ImunifyAV notifications

  4. Make sure that Notify on website infection via email option is enabled in ImunifyAV > Settings

Disabling notifications

  1. Log into Plesk
  2. Navigate to Tools & Settings > Notifications
  3. Disable notifications related to ImunifyAV:
