- My license was purchased in the online store and I have an account in Plesk Support Center, but keys are not shown

Answer
Licenses are shown in Plesk 360 in case they have been purchased in the Plesk Online Store with the same email address used for login.
In case the license was purchased using a different email, use the option Linked emails to add it:
- Login to Login to Plesk 360
- Open Linked Emails under 'Licenses' tab
- Add email address that was used for license purchase > Verify
- Re-login to Plesk 360 or refresh the page
