Symptoms
- Clicking Full Site Check in 360 Monitoring dashboard triggers a session error and redirects to the homepage.
- Error message flashes: "Invalid session. Please log in again."
- Issue persists after:
- Clearing cookies, cache, and session data.
- Using different browsers (Chrome, Safari) or incognito mode.
- Browser console (F12 on most browsers) shows errors:
Failed to load resource: Certificate for [domain] is invalid.
- CORS errors for authentication endpoints (e.g.,
auth.koalityengine.com
).
- The device is a managed, corporate device connected to an internal network.
- The page works on a common, non-managed device directly connected to the internet.
Cause
Corporate firewalls block connections to required Plesk 360 domains *.platform360.io and *.koalityengine.com.
Resolution
Ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains in the corporate firewall:
- *.platform360.io
- *.koalityengine.com
