The following warning message is shown at Tools & Settings > Diagnose & Repair > Web & FTP Servers > Check page or in the output of
plesk repair webcommand:Checking for extra configurations in database not owned by any object There are some unnecessary configurations in the database.

Mentioned in the warning message KB article did not help.
Cause
Leftovers inside the Plesk database in Configurations table for non-existent domains.
Resolution

Connect to the server via SSH

Back up the Plesk database:
# plesk db dump psa > /root/psa_backup.sql

Run repair command for Plesk database:
# plesk repair db -y
