Additional user can view all subscriptions list owned by customer in Plesk

Symptoms

Additional user of a specific subscription can view a list of all subscriptions owned by the customer.
For example, from Files, Account or Databases page.

Cause

Product issue:

#PPPM-13599 "Additional users restricted to accessing only one specific subscription can no longer see the list of all subscriptions of the customer."

Log in to Plesk.
Using Panel.ini Editor extension add the following section in Plesk panel.ini file:
