Symptoms

A Windows server has not appeared in 360 Monitoring after the installation of the agent

The logs contain:
ERROR:root:Failed to submit collection: [SSL: CERTIFICATEVERIFYFAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:997)
Cause
The certificates on the server are outdated.
Resolution
Install all the latest OS updates.
Workaround

Connect to the server via RDP

Download the certificates:
https://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/Root-R1.crt
https://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/Root-R3.crt -
Install them to the Trusted Root Certificates Authorities

Reinstall the 360 Monitoring agent
