If you provide dedicated Plesk-managed servers to your customers, you
might want to configure the Support link in Plesk to redirect server
administrators to your website when they need assistance.
By default, the Support button (located in Server Administration Panel >
Tools & Settings) opens the Plesk Online Server Support form at
the Plesk website, with a number of parameters automatically collected
and filled in, such as the Plesk administrator’s name, company, email,
phone, product key number, operating system details, Plesk version, and
build number.
You can choose to:

Configure the Support button in
Server Administration Panel to open the support form page on your
website with the above listed parameters
pre-collected. -
Configure the Support button in
Server Administration Panel to open a user’s mail client and prompt
to compose a new message with your support email address specified in
the address line and the above listed parameters
pre-collected.
