How it Works

After activating the plugin, your customers will see a WP Support option in Plesk. If you chose to install the WordPress bridge plugin during setup, they will also see a similar option in their WordPress Dashboard.

Through WP Support, customers can request assistance. Based on your settings, their requests will either be directed to your own support team or to Codeable.
