Plesk stops providing updates and patches for instances running on non-supported operating systems

According to the Plesk lifecycle policy, Plesk only provides software patches and assistance for Plesk instances running on supported operating systems. However, until now, Plesk has also been releasing updates (including PHP version updates) for Plesk instances running on non-supported operating systems.

Starting from December 10th, Plesk instances running on the following unsupported operating systems will no longer receive patches and updates (including PHP version updates):

  • Debian 7 (declared EOL on May 31, 2018)
  • Ubuntu 12 (declared EOL on April 28, 2017)
  • Centos 5 (declared EOL on March 31, 2017)
  • Cloudlinux 5 (declared EOL on March 31, 2017)

If you are running Plesk on one of the operating systems listed above, consider migrating your Plesk server to a supported operating system or performing dist-upgrade.
