The following error is shown in the Plesk panel:
Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for example.example.com Details Object not found: 0

Plesk SSL It! extension version from 1.14.0 to 1.14.2-889 is installed on the server, which can be confirmed by going to Plesk > Extensions > My Extensions > SSL It!

While issuing a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for a subdomain produces logs as the following in
/var/log/plesk/panel.log
:ERR [extension/sslit] Error happened while certificate processing : Object not found: 0
ERR [extension/sslit] Failed to fetch domain example.example.com certificate status data. Object not found: 0.
ERR [extension/sslit] Failed to fetch domain example.example.com certificate status data. Object not found: 0.

The SSL certificate is provisioned and secures the subdomain correctly, regardless of the error message.

The DNS Server (BIND) component is not installed on the server.
Cause
This issue is caused by an SSL It! extension bug #EXTSSLIT-2064, which was fixed permanently in version 1.14.2-902
of the SSL It! extension
Resolution
Update the SSL It! extension to version 1.14.2-902
or higher by following the steps in this article:
