How to customize the Plesk interface with custom CSS and JavaScript?

Custom CSS directives can be put into the file custom.css:
- On Linux:
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/theme/css/custom.css. - On Windows:
%plesk_dir%adminhtdocsthemecsscustom.css.
