Symptoms

• Unable to install Plesk through Web Installer:

  Cannot connect to ssh host example.com: ssh: handshake failed: ssh: unable to authenticate, attempted methods [none password], no supported methods remain

• Root/Password authentication is chosen.

Cause

The Root/Password provided by the hosting provider/cloud vendor is not correct.

Resolution

Confirm with hosting provider/cloud vendor the correct credentials and use them at Web Installer.
